I’m Ellen Seltz.
I’m an author, a freelancer, and a mom…and I have a raging case of adult ADHD.
When I was a kid we didn’t know much about ADHD and what it meant. So I went my whole life without being diagnosed until a couple of years ago.
The day that I found out the real reason why things that are easy for other people are very hard for me, and things that are hard for other people are very easy for me, is because my brain is wired differently…
I gotta tell you that was one of the top-five best days of my life!
So maybe you’re like me. Maybe you were just recently diagnosed as an adult or maybe you were diagnosed as a kid but the coping mechanisms that you used back then don’t work the same in the adult world (because they don’t!)
Or maybe you’re just wondering, Is this what’s going on? I don’t even know?
Welcome! We’re gonna have a great time!
Let me tell you what I do:
- I research and answer questions.
- I review books.
- I recommend resources.
- And I interview people: experts and people with life experience.
…so together we can figure out the best ways for us to manage our adult ADHD (because it’s a little bit different for everybody.)
So if you have a question hit me up at
firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will answer it in a blog post here, and as a video on my YouTube channel.
See you around!
